Energy Meter : Core Engineering Design LLC has been working on a modular 3-phase energy meter to support emerging marketing needs & wants. The design utilizes MAXQ3180 DSP with a single-cycle MAXQ3120 processor developed by Maxim Semiconductor, USA. The design is supported by the reference electrical realization along with a C-compiler from IAR systems. A reference core-electrical design, and many example software procedures are available for our intended customers.

iUPS: Intelligent Uninterruptible Power Supply core-electronics design is based on the assumptions that the power outages could go on for many hours in a day. The design uses dual SLA batteries to switch between charge and discharge cycles. Multiple charge sources are utilized to charge the batteries to support operation for the life of the battery (Usually the SLA batteries have the guaranteed life of 48 months or more, depending on which battery you buy.)

iPowerRun: Intelligent PowerRun is a smart power supply meant for vehicle electronics control modules. An integrated CAN transceiver generates the ignition switch command message to the modules required for testing, analysis or repair during shop repair. The iPowerRun is augumentated by a high current switching power supply with all industry standard protections. It is a smart combination to turn-on the sophisticated vehicle electronic modules made for Genreal Motors (GM), Daimler Chrysler (DCX) & Ford Motor Company.

Cross-bar measurement switches: The cross-bar measurement switches are designed for the ATE applications. The operator can use one 64x1 board to transfer 64 measuring points to a single point A. However, by adding a second board, the measurement system can measure 64 test points with any switch combination of test points 'A' and ’B’.

An Automatic Test Equipment (ATE): Based on National Instruments Compact DAQ connected to the computer on USB port, this ATE uses the LabView 8.5 to exploite the power of software to measure audio SNR , SINAD, and THD. Furthermore a selection of 128 Channels are availble using Agilant 34970A & 34901.
